Cutting publishing errors 15% across five markets
A global music-tech website (2M+ monthly users, 900+ SKUs) had inconsistent QA across five localized sites, causing repeated post-launch fixes. I redesigned the QA process end-to-end and built the documentation now used to onboard every new content editor.
Rolling out AEM and moving to devolved publishing at Pearson
At Pearson UK, every content update ran through one central team, creating a bottleneck. I led the AEM rollout end-to-end — moving publishing rights out to internal teams, and building the training and documentation they needed to publish directly and safely.

I've spent the last 15 years as the person enterprise websites rely on to keep content accurate, on-brand, and shipping on schedule — most recently running content operations for a global site with 2M+ monthly visitors, and earlier inside a regulated financial services platform at Barclays.
I'm currently relocating to Manchester, UK, and open to both full-time content/CMS operations roles and project-based freelance work in the meantime — content QA audits, CMS migrations, and plain-English content rewrites are where I add the most value fastest.
